Bloodwork Basics Before You Touch Anything
What a sensible baseline panel looks like — educational only, not a protocol.

Why baseline labs matter
If you are even considering PEDs, knowing your pre-use labs is the difference between guessing and observing. This is educational context for conversations with a physician — not a prescription.
Common markers people discuss
CBC, CMP, fasting lipids, A1c or fasting glucose, total/free testosterone, estradiol, LH/FSH, PSA (age-appropriate), TSH, and sometimes hematocrit trends on longer runs. Your clinician decides what is appropriate for you.
Harm-reduction mindset
Source quality, dose discipline, and medical supervision are non-negotiable topics in any serious conversation. Forum anecdotes are not medical care.
Bottom line
Talk to a licensed physician who will actually order and interpret labs. Do not self-diagnose from internet ranges.
